Production & Order Processing Time
All personalized orders are made to order and typically require 3–4 business days for production and processing (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

  • United States
    Free standard shipping (USPS) on all U.S. orders.
    Total delivery time (production + shipping): 5–8 business days.
    Express shipping (optional): via FedEx (1–3 business days) or UPS (2 business days).
    Please note that production requires an additional 3–4 business days before shipment.
    Express shipping fee: $20.

  • Canada
    Shipping via Asendia.
    Total delivery time (production + shipping): 7–13 business days.
    Shipping cost: $15 (for orders under $50). Free shipping on orders over $50.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.
